Elven Hall

If you travel to the North Georgia Mountains, beyond the edges of cellphone signal, you will find an Elven Hall. It’s located between the entrance and the Gibbs Gardens welcome center. See here on the site map. Seriously, the cell phone coverage is so weak and there is no wifi that I could see, just turn your phone on airplane mode and enjoy the views instead !
